What happens when the Standards change again?
You get the rewritten documents free, in your dashboard, for as long as you own the kit. That is not a promise about the future — it has already happened twice since July: the 13-document August 2026 update and the 18-document Head-Lease Pack both went to every existing buyer at no charge.
Do I need to be technical?
No. They are editable Word files. Open one, put your service name and logo in it, adjust anything that does not match how you actually work, and save it as your own. The worked examples show you what a finished one looks like.
Will this guarantee I pass my audit?
No, and be careful with anyone who says it will. Your auditor and the NDIS Commission decide that. Documentation is the part of Stage 1 you can control, and that is what this is.

Which pathway and dates apply to my service?
That depends on whether you are already registered and what you deliver. On 24 June 2026 the Commission listed the SIL Provider Registration Rules amendment and Quality Indicators Guidelines as made. From 1 July 2026 some SIL providers must register and follow a transition pathway. One pathway for unregistered providers currently delivering SIL says they can continue during the application process if they apply by 1 October 2026.
