Adding a group is a new audit. On the new group only.
Providers assume that because they passed an audit, adding a group is administrative. It is not. The variation is assessed against the new group’s outcomes, and the evidence has to be about the service you are adding — the procedure for that support, the risk assessment for that activity, the records that show you can actually deliver it. The Registration Scope Completion Pack is 24 editable Word documents that produce those records. Every title is listed on this page, before you pay.
48-hour fix-or-refund. If something in it is wrong, we fix it or refund you.
Editable Word throughout. The download link is emailed the moment you pay, and the pack stays in your buyer dashboard.
A scope variation asks about the new group, not the old one.
Your existing evidence answers for the groups you already hold. The variation asks a narrower question, and it asks it about supports you may not have delivered yet.
- Can you deliver this support safely? A written service procedure for the group being added — community access, transport, group programs, short term accommodation, household tasks, skill development — each with its own risk assessment.
- Have you told the Commission what changed? A notifiable changes procedure and register. Scope variation is one of several changes a provider is expected to notify, and the register is what shows you did.
- Can you show it against the new group’s outcomes? A self-assessment worked through for the variation specifically, plus an evidence checklist for the scope extension — not last audit’s workbook resubmitted.
- Do the practical pieces exist? A vehicle and driver register and pre-trip checklist for transport. A venue safety checklist and session record for group programs. A stay agreement and pre-stay checklist for short term accommodation. These are the artefacts that do not exist until someone makes them.
If you are not adding a registration group, you do not need this pack. It is narrowly for the variation.
Every title, before you pay.
This list is generated from the manifest of the actual file you download, so the count on this page and the count in your download are the same number. Search it for whatever you were asked for.
Your certification spine stays. This is the new group.
Nothing in this pack replaces what you already hold. Your governance, rights, workforce and incident evidence carries across — that is the point of having built it. What it does not contain is a transport service procedure, a group activity risk assessment or a short term accommodation stay agreement, because those belong to groups you had not registered for.
- All 24 documents in editable Word — your organisation’s name, ABN, key personnel and dates are fields you fill in once.
- The variation layer: a roadmap for the process, a self-assessment workbook for the new group, a capability statement and a scope extension evidence checklist.
- Notifiable changes: the procedure and the register that show what you told the Commission and when.
- Service procedures for the groups providers most often add — 0108 transport, 0115 short term accommodation, 0117 skill development, 0120 household tasks, 0125 community participation and 0136 group programs.
- A risk assessment or checklist for each of them, including the vehicle and driver register, the venue safety checklist and the pre-stay checklist.
- Every title listed on this page before you pay, generated from the manifest of the file you receive.

The questions people actually ask.
Who is this not for?
Providers who are not changing their registration. If you are seeking your first registration for supported independent living, start with the Complete SIL Compliance Kit; if you are adding support coordination specifically, the 0106 kit is the deeper set for that one group.
Which registration groups does it cover?
The ones providers most commonly add: 0108 transport, 0115 short term accommodation and assistance, 0117 development of daily living and life skills, 0120 household tasks, 0125 participation in community and social activities, and 0136 group and centre based activities. Every title is listed above.
Do I need a full audit again?
That is a question for your auditor and it depends on what you are adding and what you already hold. What is consistent is that the variation is assessed against the outcomes for the group being added, which is why this pack is organised by group rather than by module.
Is it 24 documents, or 24 files padded out with folders?
24 Word files, every one of them a document. Folders are not counted. The index above lists all of them by name and is generated from the manifest of the file you download.
What does the 48-hour guarantee actually cover?
If something in these documents is wrong, tell us and we fix it within 48 hours or refund you. What no supplier can promise is an audit outcome.
