Independence is evidenced, not asserted.

If you coordinate supports your own organisation also delivers — or a connected business delivers — independence is the thing being tested, and it is tested on paper. The Support Coordination 0106 Compliance Kit is 77 editable Word documents written for coordination rather than adapted from service delivery. Search every title before you pay.

What a 0106 review keeps returning to

Three artefacts, not one.

A policy on its own says you manage conflicts. What gets examined is whether the participant was told before they chose, and whether that is written down somewhere an auditor can find it.

The rule

Conflict of Interest Policy (Support Coordination Edition)

Written around recommending supports rather than delivering them: who identifies an interest, who decides, and what happens when the answer is inconvenient.

Conflict of Interest Policy (Support Coordination Edition)
The moment

Conflict Of Interest Participant Disclosure Statement

Plain language, one page. What the interest is, who provides the support, how it is connected to you, and the participant's signature under it — given before they decide.

Conflict Of Interest Participant Disclosure Statement
The trail

Conflict Of Interest Register

Where the disclosure is recorded after the conversation, so a file review can see the policy operating rather than the policy existing.

Conflict Of Interest Register

Registers and forms are evidence only when they are populated and current — an empty register is a finding, not evidence. The kit's own evidence map says exactly that on its first page, and you can read that page below without paying for it.

Nothing hidden behind the price

Every title, before you pay.

This list is generated from the manifest of the actual file you download, so the count on this page and the count in your download are the same number. Search it for whatever you were asked for.

Word (.docx) throughout. The placeholders are fields you fill in — your organisation's name, ABN, key personnel and dates.
Rendered by Word from the files you download

Six full pages, at real size.

Not a preview gallery. Nothing is watermarked, blurred or cropped to hide the writing — tap any page to read it.

If you already own the Complete SIL Kit

    These are not in it.

Not a different edition of the same documents. A SIL folder answers questions about a house and the people working in it. A coordination file review asks about a plan, a referral and a decision — and the documents that answer those are simply not in the SIL kit. Every line below was checked against that kit's own shipped file list.

    • Support Coordination Service AgreementThe SIL kit's service agreement is an agreement to deliver supports in a home. This one is an agreement to coordinate them.
    • Case Note Standards And ProcedureShift notes are not case notes. Coordination is recorded as contacts, decisions and follow-ups against plan goals.
    • Worked Case Note ExampleA completed sample, marked fictional on its own first page, showing the standard applied to a realistic file.
    • Referral Procedure And RegisterCoordinators send participants to other providers. That is the decision most likely to be sampled, and it needs a record.
    • Plan Review Preparation ProcedureThe plan cycle is the coordinator's year. Nothing in a SIL folder describes preparing for a review.
    • Goal Progress Reporting TemplateReporting progress against funded goals is the coordinator's output, and it has a format.
    • Unspent Funds Utilisation Monitoring Note TemplateMonitoring only — the coordinator handles no money — but utilisation still has to be visible in the file.
    • Participant Exit ProcedureHow a participant leaves, and what the file must show afterwards.
    • Home Visit Safety ChecklistA coordinator works alone in other people's homes. A staffed-house inspection checklist does not answer that.
    • Conflict Of Interest Participant Disclosure StatementThe SIL kit has the policy and the register. It does not have the page the participant is given.
    • Position Description Support CoordinatorKey personnel and role suitability are assessed against the role you actually perform.
    • Audit Day RunsheetThe order the audit team works in, and who owns each answer on the day.
    • Self Assessment WorkbookYour own gap check before somebody else's.
And what your SIL kit does already have. A conflict of interest policy and a conflict of interest register are both in it. What is not in it is the support coordination edition of that policy — written around recommending supports rather than delivering them — or the plain-language statement the participant is actually given before they choose.

    Before you decide

    The questions people actually ask.

    Who is this not for?

Anyone whose registration does not include support coordination. If 0106 is not on your certificate, this is not the kit you need — and if you deliver supported independent living, the one you want is the Complete SIL Compliance Kit instead.

Can I see the quality before I pay?

Yes, and you should. Every title is searchable above, and six full pages are shown at real size — the conflict of interest policy, the participant disclosure statement, the case note standard, the worked example, the independence policy and the evidence map. Nothing is watermarked or cropped to hide the writing.

Is the 0106 kit 77 documents, or 77 files padded out with folders?

77 Word files, every one of them a document — folders are not counted in the 0106 kit. Three are the manifest, the start-here guide and the regulatory horizon brief; the rest are the numbered policies, procedures, registers, forms and the evidence layer. The index above lists all of them by name and is generated from the manifest of the file you actually receive.

Are they already filled in, or do I have to write them?

Neither. They are complete documents with your details as fields you fill in — provider name, ABN, key personnel, dates. What no template can do for you is the part that is actually examined: the registers have to carry your real entries and the case notes have to be your real files.

What if something in it is wrong?

Tell us and we fix it within 48 hours, or refund you. We will not tell you the kit closes a finding — that depends on what you do with the documents, and the auditor decides it.

    How does it arrive?

The download link is emailed to you once your payment clears, and the kit also sits in your buyer dashboard at dash.ndiscompliant.com.au, keyed to the address you pay with, so you can fetch it again later.
