Our comparison policy · 5 October 2026
Clear sources. Equal footing.
We want you to choose tools that fit your work—even when that means choosing another provider.
Who publishes this marketplace?
NDISCompliant and ProviderQMS are operated by Wani Meridian Pty Ltd. This is an owner-published marketplace, not an independent certification body. ProviderQMS carries a publisher’s-product label wherever it appears.
How are products selected and ordered?
The catalogue covers 250 software products in 10 categories. It includes NDIS platforms and complementary tools for care, quality, staffing, clinical work and business administration. Category counts overlap; each product is counted once in the overall total. Rebrands and distinct products from the same vendor are identified. International and adjacent-sector options require a specific Australian fit check. The default order is alphabetical. You can filter by category, workflow, NDIS fit and checked pricing information, or sort by name or source date. No current listing is paying for its position.
What does “checked” mean?
It means the listed source was reviewed for the information shown. 178 additional profiles were checked on 5 October 2026. Earlier profiles retain their stated source dates; additional category assignments were checked separately. It does not mean that we independently tested the software, security controls, integrations or audit outcomes. Product profiles include a practical demo scenario so you can test the workflow yourself.
How do you handle pricing?
We show a verified public figure only with its relevant billing basis, tax wording and limitations. When current pricing is unavailable or has not been verified, we say so. We do not convert unknown currencies, treat an annual commitment as a monthly contract, or assume that a base CMS price includes a separate QMS. Vendor quotes and terms take precedence.
Where are the deals and reviews?
No exclusive marketplace discount is currently verified. We link to vendors and identify pricing conditions; we do not invent discounts, star ratings, customer reviews or a “best” winner. The catalogue is a comparison and buying service, not a marketplace checkout or an endorsement.
What can I compare?
Select two to four products. The comparison uses the same fields for each: product fit, categories, published pricing, capabilities, limitations, a demo task and source dates. “Not verified” is not evidence that a feature is absent. The buying brief includes original source links and questions for vendors.
What happens to my shortlist?
Filters and selected product IDs are reflected in the page address, so you can share it. Avoid putting personal or participant information in search fields. Downloaded buying briefs are assembled in your browser. The marketplace does not send a quote request or contact a vendor for you.
Corrections and inclusion
Use our contact page to suggest a product or correction. Include the official product URL, the claim to change and the supporting public source. We apply the same source rules to ProviderQMS and competitors. Future sponsored placements or affiliate relationships will be labelled.
